Forgotten, Broken or Lost Device

If you've lost or broken the device that has your Multi-Factor Authentication method on it, you can regain access to your account. You will need your emergency login codes to do so.

If you do not have access to your emergency login codes, contact the ICT Service Desk:

Forgotten Device

If you've forgotten your device and need access to your account immediately:

  1. Go to .
  2. Select “Suspend MFA (Emergency).”
  3. Login with your full 91porn account and password.
  4. Enter one of your emergency login codes and select “Suspend.”
  5. You will be able to login to your account without being prompted for MFA for 24-hours.

Broken or Lost: New Device

If you've broken or lost your device, but have a new one available:

  1. Go to .
  2. Select “Suspend MFA (Emergency).”
  3. Login with your full 91porn account and password.
  4. Enter one of your emergency login codes and select “Suspend.”
  5. Select “add or update your MFA authentication methods.”
  6. Select “+ Add sign-in method” and choose your desired authentication method:

Broken or Lost: No New Device

If you've broken or lost your device, but do not have a new one yet:

  1. Go to .
  2. Select “Suspend MFA (Emergency).”
  3. Login with your full 91porn account and password.
  4. Enter one of your emergency login codes and select “Suspend.”
  5. You will be able to login to your account without being prompted for MFA for 24-hours.
