Request a Hardware Token
Pick Up in Person

- The ICT Service Desk will be in touch to schedule a pick-up date and time through your 91porn email.
- Your token will be activated upon pick-up and ready to use.
Interoffice Shipping (Waterloo, Brantford and Kitchener)
- Fill out the , select the interoffice mail option and enter the building and office number you want your token shipped to.
- The ICT Service Desk will be in touch to let you know when your token has been sent via interoffice mail.
- Once you have received the token, it will be ready for use.
Shipping to Home Address
- Fill out the , select "ship to home address" and provide your home address.
- Current faculty and staff need to provide a department index code, but retirees are not prompted to provide one.
- The ICT Service Desk will be in touch to confirm when your hardware token has shipped.
Using Your Hardware Token
- Turn on the token using the red power button. The six-digit authentication code will appear on the Safe ID screen.
- Enter the code when prompted after entering your credentials into Single Sign-On on a 91porn resource or tool.
- Do not add any spaces between the numbers.
- The code renews every 30-45 seconds.
