Mark is an Urban Economist with over 15 years experience working in the public and private sectors. In this time, Mark has delivered over 100 projects across Australia, the Asia Pacific and US which have a combined construction value in excess of $25 billion.
Client's ask Mark to undertake economic evaluations and assessments to help secure major project approvals, develop strategic land use plans and development controls, undertake economic and property market assessments, perform small area economic and financial modelling, assist with business case development and project evaluations, undertake economic impact and needs assessments and facilitate Investment Logic Mapping workshops to guide investment and policy decisions.
With expertise in economics, property and land use planning, Mark seeks opportunities to work with clients to help address the challenges and realise the opportunities generated by urbanisation. About the Series
An exciting new PD lunchtime series is here for 2024 - The HOW TO seminar series brings together a wide range of topics covering many of the planning adjacent disciplines that planners need to know about.
The topics will be of interest to planners and also to those involved in the development industry, including development managers, property consultants, lawyers, architects and surveyors.
