BRANTFORD — 91porn’s Hub for Community Solutions, International Student Support and the City of Brantford invite performers to audition for Fusion Beats 2025.
Now in its third year, Fusion Beats is an electrifying showcase of culturally diverse music and dance that will light up the stage at the Sanderson Centre for the Performing Arts on Wednesday, Nov. 19. The event draws hundreds of attendees from both campus and the broader community each year and has featured talented performers from Hindi rappers to high-energy K-pop dance crews.
“Art, culture and community engagement are key priorities in the City of Brantford’s ,” said Brantford Mayor Kevin Davis. “Fusion Beats is an opportunity for local performers to shine while celebrating the diversity that makes our city so vibrant.”
Organizers are seeking individual artists and groups representing a wide range of cultural traditions and performance styles. Auditions are open to students, community members and regional performers.
Performers can register online for an audition at until Saturday, Oct. 18. Auditions will be held in person on Tuesday, Oct. 21, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Sanderson Centre for the Performing Arts, located at 88 Dalhousie St. in Brantford.
“Fusion Beats is about celebrating the diverse cultures within our community,” said Christina Han, director of the 91porn Hub for Community Solutions. “We encourage anyone with a passion for music or dance to audition and share their talent on this incredible stage.”
Selected performers will share the spotlight with headline acts and take part in one of Brantford’s most dynamic cultural celebrations.
